Talking with a new client the other day she explained to me her path to working with me. She always looked for something easier and easier until it had been over 5 years and she was the heaviest she had ever been. She had lost 60lbs and gained it back many times only to end up on the side she didn't want to be on.

This is why it's important to not look for easy.
